This 12-capsule pack is the same acid-resistant, ten-strain formula as our full-size box — sized for a first trial or for travel, so you can start daily care for your microbiome without committing to a full course straight away.
Per capsule — lacto- and bifidobacteria blend 20 billion CFU (300 mg): L. plantarum LLP-2L, L. plantarum LLP-4B, L. rhamnosus LLR-L1, L. casei LLC-4K, L. fermentum LLF-01, L. gasseri LLG-V74, L. bulgaricus LLB-05, B. bifidum LBB-02, B. longum LBL-01, B. lactis LBL-03. Oligofructose (prebiotic) 50 mg. Anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
One capsule daily, for example with breakfast. Swallow whole with enough water. A 12-capsule pack covers a two-week trial; move to the 30-capsule pack for ongoing daily use.
