Group Product Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver appropriate brand plan based and aligned to relevant customer and country operating plans, working with cross-functional team;
  • Define brand programs with objectives, resources, KPIs and expected returns;
  • Support development of customer plans, identifying brand issues and objectives for each customer and defining programs to address them
  • Lead, organize and deliver local programs and materials (incl. brand knowledge training and promo materials) for partners and their field force;
  • Participate in development of customer understanding, analysis and insight generation;
  • Support delivery of P&Ls for assigned products in each country;
  • Lead the work of cross-functional team for assigned products;
  • Integrate portfolio and customer perspectives.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy or Business;
  • At least 3 years of overall pharmaceutical experience;
  • At least 3 years of extensive marketing and brand management experience;
  • Technical marketing skills (needs, segmentation, SWOT analyses, creation of competitive strategies, risk assessment, etc.);
  • Understanding of market research tools;
  • Excellent communication and learning agility skills;
  • Proficiency in English
  • Upper-intermediate knowledge of Russian and Polish is an advantage
